When Are You Eligible for a Full Refund?
If the primary server goes down, and the backup server also fails to resolve the issue or stream the channels, and we are unable to fix the glitch within a short period, you are entitled to claim a full refund.
Guarantee Period
The money-back guarantee is valid for 30 full days starting from the initial activation date of your subscription.
Cases Not Covered by the Refund
